Jotnar Traditions civic broken?

Hi,

Recently I fancied Jotnar game, as I liked them pretty much in Wildmana. However, I noticed Traditions civic gives them +400% maintenance for number of cities. Is this intended, is there a way to lessen this huge huge penalty? After I build my third city the gpt hit is very big...

Well I think that drawback is mean to balance the fact that all jotnar cities can work the 3rd plot ring.
This system seem to discourage you to have many cities, since they're not sprawling (Directly limited in number of cities).

I just found it out - I assume you were reffering to Jotnar Staedding. Now it makes a lot of sense! Still, are they limited in size as in WM? If so then +3 plot radius bonus is not very helpful....

They are not limited in size, though they do have a higher food/pop cost than other civs.
