I think it will be cool if at the beggining the name ends in Empire, but as Civics are changed the name with change Like with representation it can be Republic or with State Property it can be Union. Just thinking

Revolution Mod does that. The option is called Dynamic Civ Names. I think it is available as a separate download. The mod author is jdog5000.
