Just re-installed Civ2: ToT...and here's an amazing screenshot

I was playing some good old Civilization II: Test of Time. Here's an unintentionally funny debacle I seem to have gotten myself into. I insisted that the Vikings withdraw their troops from my territory, and received a rather unnerving response. In response to his response, I can't help but think "really?" sarcastically. Below are screenshots of both his response and a screenshot of his territory (note that he is dark blue and I am teal).

Yeah, they don't consider anything in the water, air, or that is a settler, diplomat, or caravan as "troops."

But they sure squawk if you've got air units in their territory!
