Just some thoughts (and tips I guess?)

- Cutting down forests while building settlers/workers rules

- Barbarians seems stronger than they used to be

- The AI will never like if you if you aren't their religion

- The tech tree confuses me

- Marble/Stone are pretty awesome for wonders (though wonders are worse in general)

- There is no philosophical/industrious civ (I wanted to mass great leaders for fun sometime ;) )

- Granaries are even better?

- I'm starting to like expansive civs :)

- Automated workers are still stupid (tried to replace my +8 commerce cottage with irrigation...)

- The health system is really well done

- All epic mode does is make everything take longer (build times/growth times/research times/etc all increase)

- You can't spread irrigation for a loooong time :(

- There's so much left for me to learn

- You can build almost every wonder in the game, and have 25+ great leaders and still lose :)

Explain why cutting down forests while building a worker or settler rules.

will add a bit:
- If your improvements undefended then barbarians mostly will send one or two units. But otherwise they tend to wait until critical mass of people will gater and attack all together(my not well defended town was attacked by three, but I managed to see two units roaming my borders, waiting for third, but never crossing border).
- AI in 95% will have several archers in his towns.
- Lines at tech tree seems to mean nothing )
- Towns MUCH harder to capture.
- AI at last can be threatened and give you technology.
- As mentioned marble and stone are worth to wage war for - double production rate for some wonders owns. If you got marble and stone you can shout that you are Almighty Creator and spit on retarted civs without 'em... cuz they will decades begind you. Did I mentioned that it have to be SECURED marble and stone?
- Upgrade cost a lot of gold BUT gold tend to be easily gained so you most surely would posess a lot of it.
- There is NO random seed preservation ((((
- Almost everywhere will be deserts -_-, a lot, or 1 tile, even in center of tropics, but they WILL be (.
- Great People can give you tech wich represent their origin(Great Merchant will provide with Economic tech, Prophet with religious) and mentioned if that tech will be provided instantly or have to finish(a bit mostly) that tech.

When the worker cuts down the trees, the nearby city gets 30 hammers, finishing whatever the city is building that much faster.

You can check an option in the Options Menu that's something like "Automated Workers do not change already improved tiles" ...turn that on.
