K2 - Warmongers Delight

Well generally we don't comment on things like that sumthinelse. Even if it is castastrophic. But the reason behind selling the maps is you want to deprive the AI from as much money as possible. I know it doesn't sounds like much .. but when you take 10gp times 11civs .. thats over 100gp each turn :)..
 
OK, game seems to work fine with 1.29 (tested several and played them all a little.

OK, that makes sense.

I want to keep them broke too. But they pay according to how much new territory you have. In this case, I can't tell how much extra territory our map has, but I suppose that with 7 scouts we will keep taking money from them for some time, so I suppose it's better to have a bird in the hand, because they might buy something from somebody else. Remember, however, Heiner has set the AI to AI trade rate to 100 in this game, so they are not anywhere near as eager to trade with each other as they would be in an unmodded regent game.

In some games they will pay 1000 gold or more for a new map, so if they have a big cash inflow, and you have a whole new continent in your map, you could wait a few turns to get all their money. But they might rush improvements or steal techs. It's a double edged sword.

Note that the military advisor actually looks at the strength of the units, not the number of units in 1.29f. "Compared to these guys, we have a strong military." Firaxis raised his IQ about 1000%! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Settler/impi near Zimbabwe just needs to cross the river then found a city there.. the settler NE of Ulundi just needs to form the town there.

Beijing is in disorder after queling 3 resisters. You need to starve this city down to 1 before we let it grow again. I have some troops outside of Canton atm. I will leave it up to the next person if they want to make peace after we destroy Canton.

Also we could set up a few more embassies. It's not really a top priority right now, but we should do it soon. After this war is over with we need to switch all cities over to marketplace's so we can get our gpt to go up. Everything else is secondary.


Delhi will become a powerhouse. We need to get some workers up there to start improving it, also beijing will also once we starve it down to 1.
