lets try this again... Mod's dont ban me, cause there is another party that has been started, it has yet to be closed, so my assumption is that the rules HAVE indeed changed to allow parties. this is what I understand the message to be, if that isent the message, then it is YOU who should have made it clearer. the War Church, is a Political Party as well, it has yet to be closed... if you want to ban parties altogethor again, then close this one too...
now,
our belifs:
Economey
*science should be set as high as it can without falling into deficiet {more spending then income}
*luxeries should be almost non-existant, unless we have just changed into a democracy or something.
Military
*we should have units for Defence only. 10 sea units, and 2 units per city, plus 2 units in each fort is acceptable. {loop-hole note, just build alot of forts}
*no city should support more then 6 units {of support, not total} and no city should have its production dropped to 0 by the high number of units.
*cities are, however, allowed to support up to 1/3rd of its production of units. meaning, if you have 21 production, you can support 7 units.
*military is a last resort, violence is unthinkable!
Production
*public works should take top priority {rodes, mines, etc}
*happy buildings {temples} should be built to make up for the lack of luxeries
*factories should be produced ASAP, after all, the KEE Party belives that Production is #1
*military improvements are un-needed
Wonders
*Leo's is a MUST, even if we have to sell everything in our empire in order to buy it first.
Science
*Republic, Democracy, Fundamentalisim, Leo's, Factories, and Rails are all things we should research to be able to get.
Party Constitution
*on march 1st, june 1st, september 1st, and january 1st, party conventions will be held, in wich belifs may be changed {starting next march}
*the party will choose a leder, and a cabinet without deputies. these people will then run for those offices, and when not elected in that office, will pay close attention to events conserning it, and always get a word in
