Kefka or Sephiroth

I have no idea who Kefta is, but I'm assuming he is from final fantasy as iirc sephiroth is too. Never played them, so some context would be nice.

Kefka, because Sephiroth is a typical dark brooding whiny anime character, whereas Kefka is an awesome crazy dude with some obvious mental issues.

Sepiroth is scarier, but Kefka seems more crazy and evil to me. I think I'd have dinner with Kefka just to observe the crazy.

Dinner? Neither. I wouldn't live long enough to enjoy it.

As for the better character? Kefka by far. His pure and awesome evilness is one of the most memorable game feelings I've ever had, even though I enjoy FF7 as one of the best games of all time.
