Kill Me?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to get a person to declare war on me. Early in my game Catherine declared war on me (Greece) and I ended up capturing the southern half of her empire (3 cities, including Moscow.) Ever since then she's been either Furious or Annoyed towards me. Its getting down to where I want to win a diplomatic victory, but Catherine (and a few others) don't vote for me, and it's getting very irritating. To solve this problem, I tried to make her declare war on me (I didn't want to declare war on her so that I wouldn't get any negative relations with those who are pleased/friendly with me, which is a lot.) All I've been able to think of is to demand tribute from her. I've gotten her down to -25+ relations, but she still hasn't declared war. Any suggestions?

oh you mean have her declare war and have you not lose.. maybe move them away from border cities
