Usually play at prince,but finally got a game up on King that went some where!
Are the AI units"more powerful"at King level?

No. Unit "power" remains the same.

At Prince level your first four citizens in each city start content; at King level it is only three; at Emperor it is only two, and at Deity it is only one...

Deity.... im still average like 1/20 on that one

1) Play one game at King level.
2) Try to:
- build many caravans (and deliver them for good money and beakers )
- build a SSC
- grow with WLTLD
3) Ask here if you have problems

I bet you'll be almost ready for deity if you do that

And don't forget, barbs are tougher, AI cheat more with production.

On King, the comp has no advantages or disadvantages over you (other than AI cheats), so if you beat King you can truely say "I am better than the computer," the one exeption is that the comp doesn't bribe untill Emporer, so you cannot realy say that you are better than the comp, unless you play demo so the comp cannot bribe you anyway...
