Knights Templar Gives No Culture

I think I might have seen this bug reported before, but I didn't see it listed among the topics on the first page, so I'll report it just in case.

In my epic game I conquered the Knights Templar from the Arabs, but even though the Civilopedia says it should give two culture points per turn, the city (Damascus) has no culture and isn't getting any.

To get culture from a wonder you must be the civ that built it. Controlling it from a capture doesn't do anything for your culture, though you will still get the benefits from it, unless it's a one shot deal--like ToE--or the wonder becomes obsolete.

This, by the way, was also the case in Vanilla civ and PTW.
