Kuriotates and the Eyes and Ears Network

Main thing the Kuriotates need is to teach AI play them!

But anything to make settlement of any importance will be nice. So far, only temples can be built there (with priests). Maybe presense of warrior can do +1culture, presense of adept +1science and so? I believe this is doable.
 
You can add great people - they add a good deal of culture. But it is a waste, really.

You can assign take the extra citizen(s) in a settlement off the land and have them produce culture.

You can also use magic - I think it's Inspiration that adds culture while the Adept/Mage stays in the settlement.

I had no great difficulty popping my settlements to size 3, with a little patience.
 
Kuriotate Great People with civ-specific spells perhaps?
Downside to both of these ideas - the AI would be mostly clueless about it.

Well, you could make a side-effect of the building spread the Cult of the Dragon to the settlement. The AI is fairly good at using missionaries.

You are thinking of Hope, which is +4 culture. Inspiration is +2 beakers and +1 great sage.

It spawns from a random event, as long as you have researched philosophy this event can happen at any time...
 
ah philosophy, ok and there no other way to speed up ?
 
No way to speed it up, if you had double events on then it would be more likely to come sooner, but you would also get double of the unwanted events...
 
i play with kuritas , and i will try the dragon cry to convert unit...
but the damm cult not comes ...
