Hi

I thought id give the game a second chance but it managed to enrage me even before starting an acctual game.
I whant to set the language to english, but it allways sets it to german everytime i start the game, i disabled the automatic setting of the language in the confic file but it still does it.

Why, how, what?

Am i makeing some mistake or is the game just trying to go on my nervs even more?

Maybe you could change with some of the german users, who can't get german to run and only have english as a language ?

Okay, seriously:
- Where did you set the language options? In steam or in the game (or in both)?
- Did you try to validate the integrity of the files in Steam? Maybe something went wrong with the update of some files.

I changed it in the civ v config file

Open your games library in the steam client, rightclick on ciV and choose properties from the menu. There you can set the language to english.
