Above game is sitting at end of turn. All civs have been contacted and a world map has been recieved from all that have "care to trade world maps?" option at main diplomacy menu.

Some civs still have that option available at the main diplomacy screen and they will offer thier world map in trade. It should not be available since i already have thier map.

Only sufficiently advanced civs have this problem. China, Portugese, India act as expected since they are the furthest behind in tech. All other civs have this bug.

If a fresh turn where no trading has occurred yet is desired, simply end the turn and a fresh trading situation is available.

This bug has been around at least since early versions of PTW.

Hmm... Isn't this always available? After all, it doesn't do a full map comparison to see whether world map trading us useful, now does it? Also, if you first trade maps with A, B and finally with C, then I dare say your concept of the world map has changed since you first spoke with A, so if you speak with A again, it's logical that the maps are available. You may have his, but he doesn't have yours.

The option "Care to trade world maps?" is not suppose to be available if you already have his map. It works that way all thru ancient and middle ages and most of the way thru the industrial age. At some point in the late industrial age it starts losing track and they will offer thier map continuously even if you already have it.
