Launch saved game directly, with mods

Anyway to start up a saved game directly with the mods? vs going thru normal start, load mod, load saved game.

I believe CIV4 did this.

You can load up the save through the Singleplayer menu, and it'll automatically enable all necessary mods. However, note that it won't enable any non-essential mods (something like the RED Modpack, for example) if you load your save up through this method.
