Leader heads?

Have anyone figured out if its possible to replace the leederheads with one image instead, for when making a new civilization?

From what I've heard you can replace a 3D leaderhead with a custom 2D leaderhead, but you can't add a 2D leaderhead, and the program to create 3D leaderheads is very expensive.

The program to create 3D leaderheads is anything that can export to FBX. So it can be free if you want, i.e. Blender.

It does have the disadvantage that you have to disable all 3D leaderheads...

Whell that isent realy a problem as Im planing on doing that

Was actualy planing on doing a 1700 AD mod (already started) so that sounds good to me.

Anyone know how to do it tho or mabe know where I can find a guide?
