So, I was messing with graphic options because I found another bug with the map. I started a new game, and Ceasar found me and talked to me, and he looked like this. I went to start another game to see who else looked like this, and about 30% of the leaders have their eyes like this. Both American leaders look like this, all of the Native Americans, and a few others.
