Leaking mouse fluid

Okay, so I have a Logitech MX518 and I love it. One of the small plastic pads on the bottom came off at some point, I didn't notice until I came back from Europe last November. It works fine, but sometimes there's a wet mark on my metal/plastic mouse pad and the mouse is a bit sticky at that spot for a few seconds while I move it around, then it's better. Under the plastic bit that disappeared there's a shiny sticker but it doesn't seem to eb sticky anymore.

It's knid of weird and I'm wondering, what the hell is in my mouse besides skin/food/sweat residue that could be.. leaking? It's optical.

Utterly unrelated. There's some knid of moisture being left behind after sitting unused for several hours, and only from the part where the tiny pad fell off.

I don't know, maybe there's a hole in that one spot, and the air goes through the mouse and gets all condensed inside and it leaks out that one tiny hole?

There shouldn't be any adhesive left after 4 months of heavy use.

Weird, maybe you should ask Logitech?
