Since the game was begun in the new version, is it really necessary for him to redo his turn? I think the effect would be minor as long as he does the next turn in the new version.

*Next month, Helsinki will be liberated. Veteran battleshipcrews bombed the city to pulp. Red Army soldiers are advancing deep into Finnish territory. The winterwar is not yet over.
*Swedish government asks Russia for aid. Russia will take Sweden. No foreign interference will be tolerated.
*Russia declares neutral in the upcomming conflict ... Sweden is only taken to free the Baltic from those damn pirates.
