Legit strats for domination?

Right now, I think Shaka is one of the strongest leaders for an authority based domination victory. I have only played one campaign so far but Shaka's Landsknechts are monsters in their own era and only become even more ludicrous when you upgrade them into impi which seem to dominate until great war infantry. You can pretty regularly get lvl 8+ infantry with Shock 3, Shaka 3, march, and then w.e you want. Bring a couple (usually 2 but maybe 3) siege weapons to breakdown overly fortified cities but your infantry does surprisignly well just attacking once they have some upgrades. Just make sure you beeline march on all your inf so dont take the shaka/buffalo line to start, march is the crucial upgrade.

which WC resolutions are the best for domination ?

Casus belli is really good and scholar in residence allows you to catch up.
World science initiative doesn't seem to be good on aggressive players because you will always have a big score.

Scholar in residence is a double edged sword for domination. Sure it helps catching up but domination is also a lot easier when you have a military tech that your opponent doesn't have, at which point scholar may back fire.

I've played this mod only twice to completion so take my advice for what its worth but usually by artilleries I can catch up to the AI at which point I don't want them to get planes and artilleries faster.

I guess you should use it only if you plan to always be behind in science.

Besides casus belli I'd try to pass world fair. For some reason the AI didn't seem to want to propose it in my playthrough and a free policy is very nice when you try to get through autocracy.
