In G&K I feel that anything above Prince is mainly a warmongering game. I usually win on Prince by bashing my neighbours and eventually getting a science victory. Never won a peaceful game. Eventually this gets very boring. Had the occasional diplomatic victory too, no cultural victories.
Has this changed in BNW(more balanced) and is the modern era now longer? I would really like to win by another method instead of the same routine all the time, usually being a peaceful sort of player, forced to go to war in order to win.
