I can either have crappy IBM Speaker sounds, or slow unit animations? I can't seem to get Sound Blaster working without the animations slowing down. Does anyone have a fix?

Thats what ive been stuck with as well. Apparently there is a utility on the net to manage the sound module, but it didnt work for me, cause i had WinME. It works for Win2000 though. Unfortunately i cant recall the name of it.
