Let's save Amsterdam

As you know, for some reason the Dutch settlers sometimes don't found the capital right away.

I tried to restart several games but I always find Amsterdam founded correctly.
Some other times, when I did not save the game, I found the bug happening.

I need help to capture in a savegame the right moment - a few turns before the Dutch spawn - which, given the map state, will ensure that the glitch happens.

I quickly started a game with Germany and was lucky to get one where Amsterdam isn´t found right away with the bug at the first try. I saved the game every turn from turn 321 to 332. I attached the three saves just before spawn. If you need another one, tell me. I just don´t want to spam the thread with MBs from to much attachments.
