Levees?

I'm curious if the better AI properly accounts for the newly HUGE importance of making sure your city tile is adjacent to a river. With the possible exception of eventually spreading the mining corp to the city, a levee is the single largest boost a city can get to production and it requires the river to actually be adjacent to the city tile, not just included in the city radii. I made a huge mistake in my city locations because I didn't know that.

About the game itself, in which the creator of Better AI worked on the AI, I don't know, I guess yes, but you gotta observe it.
