Cool idea, but the body texture look low-res - the contrast with the sharp face is very striking.
You might be able to remedy it - to some extent - by using a unsharp mask filter on it.

There is also an "Hnery Morgan" in Amras mod (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=267748) who does look somewhat similar (and is based upon Fred as well) where you might be able to use some parts from.
