Liberty finisher bug?

If I choose a great prophet from the liberty finisher, it increases the threshold required for great Engineer/scientist/artist/merchant.

The same thing does not happen if I choose a great admiral from the liberty finisher.

The threshold for GE/GS/GA/GM, likewise, is NOT increased when I build the great mosque of djenne for a free great prophet.

I'd say that's more like a feature than a bug. Choosing a prophet from the liberty finisher more or less guarantees you a religion (or very quickly enhances one), which can be an important function of the game. It's probably worth it then costing you an engineer or some such. Djenne comes pretty late by contrast.

Still. Worth looking into if that can be fixed.

The liberty finisher is handled by the unmodded game core, so it would require too much time to change this.
