Limited "re-base" range???

In the WW2 senario aircraft have a limited rebase range however in the standard game this is not the case. How can I put it into my standard game.

It is already in the epic game. 6 times its operational range. If you haven't experienced it, then try larger maps.

Is there any way to reduce that distance other than reducing the op range?
