Location of Traits for RT Sponsors?

Hey guys, quick question to hopefully save me some time, can anyone tell me where the <Traits> table is for the Rising Tide sponsors? Maybe I missed it somewhere but I'm shyt outta luck finding it.

The <Traits> table is no longer used in RT.

Unique civ traits are part of the new diplomacy system instead.

I see, looks like I'm really gonna have to look at things...Here I was thinking it shouldn't be too hard to work out the changes and start again on my Dune mod.

On that note off I go to bed to rest and start again tomorrow.

Anyone know where I could find any info that will help me understand the new systems they've used?
