Pardon the extra question, but I nosed around the gotm.civfanatics.com site for a minute and couldn't find the downloads needed for GOTM32 with vanilla Civ3. Note I've never done GOTM before (indeed, just found the civfanatics site).
If someone could help me out, that'd be great.
Also, on the settings I'm assuming that upgrade swordsmen\longbowmen on means that upgrading from warrior or archers as per standard rules has not been disabled. Rather than swordsmen being able to be upgraded to longbowmen...
And in a completely unrelated thought process, I was looking through the start positions for previous GOTMs and I noticed they looked like the fertile areas I'd restart for when I wanted a nice, productive core area. Out of curiosity, do you sometimes have more challenging start locations (not necessarily one lake along the coast in the frozen wastelands, mind you)?
