Locks up after 5-7 turn...

I could play the game for about 5-7 turns. After that mouse and keyboard freezes. Gives an awful sound. And so it needs a reset just to kill. In the log it had an error as in follow. Any ideas?? Tried alot of things but unlike the game the error is pretty much constant. BTW I HATE CONFIRAXIS!!! Did nearly everything including patches, drivers, memchecks...
