Long Survey! Golden Age Spending!

In a Golden Age, both Production and Trade are highly increased.

It has been advised that I seek direction from the Populace on how to best manage our funds in this Golden Age.

Therefore, I have produced this Survey. (Read: Informal Poll)

This will last until at least Tuesday Night/Wed Morning, as we will still be in GA even then.

EDIT: Comments on happiness are welcomed here too, but know in advance that I intend on the following:

Happiness shall remain at 0% Except in case of Pillaging of a Luxury or if 3 (up from 2) Cities that would gain smilies at 10% are in Disorder/Have Specialists.

Can you please explain what the middle option means? Abstain does not count in my thinking for this question. Shouldn't this poll be public?

The 3rd Option is somewhat 50-50 regarding the Surplus: 50% of the Surplus goes to Science, 50% to the Treasury.

And this is a not-really-binding Survey. I mhave my own ideas, but I'm willing to gauge the populace's thinking at large.
