Longer time between TCs?

I propose that we up the time to 4 days inbetween Turnchats, currently we have only 3 and it is really hard to have a good discussion and a poll....
 
I would agree, Having a TC spread apart within a reasonable time line would make for adiquate decisions.
 
I agree too. How about have a TC every week and maybe a few one turn TCs inbetween for things like trade.

I am thinking more of 2 TCs per week.
 
Im pretty shur we shouldnt get to 5 days yet, 4 seems good.

I agree with 4 days. This is really going too fast for discussions and polling.
Last time noone even mentioned possibility that we could find under attack of Roman army and only Warrior defended that city. We also started golden age little unprapared and we now have another TC and we didn't make complete plan what to do in GA...
 
It has been at a pace of four days, usually. It's mostly been Wednesday - Sat/Sun - Wednesday - Sat/Sun , etc. The only reason that these two turnchats were so close was because of the 1 turn turnchat when we had our suicide galley meet everyone. Then we had a turnchat on Friday, and now we have one on Sunday. We just have to get back into the schedule (and we will, after Sunday). :)
 
We always have 2 per week. It's just that there was only 1 thing to decide on, and that was trading. That's why I had it in the morning, so we'd have all day to discuss it, and another day as well. One thing for the science queues, in previous games, it was done by selecting "what should our research plan be?" for the next 5 techs or so, not 1 tech at a time. Take our GA for example. It's possible that we could discover (research) 2 techs in 1 turnchat.

ill start doing that after todays tc

That was my complaint about Science after the fact that we had a one turn TC. If science had put up what they had wanted us to research, then trade would have been able to have trades up in place for the next TC and we would have more time to discuss the GA. I do have ministerial reasons for this POV.

I'd like to know in advance when a new TC will be held. About 3 days in advance, so accurate discussion and poll-planning can be made.
Chieftess: Is it possible for you to make a "TC-agenda" for the remainder of the term ?

Of course this will be a flexible agenda, but it could be good for an indication how much time the departments have in planning.
