I'll build Longevity if it means keeping it out of the AI's hands. Their cities are pretty small and they can use that boost to their advantage, so I'm not going to let them take it.
What pisses me off about it is that my cities will go into the red and I'll have to build a worker to alliveate that situation, then they'll grow again and force me to build another worker!
And since I just built Mass Transite Systems and Recycling Centers in all my cities I don't need any more workers - pollution is minimal.

I think it Longevity does come too late to be very useful; however, if it came much earlier, it would be unbalancing, IMO.

The problem with starving w/ longevity is that it takes away WLTKD. I think it should come earlier maybe as a small wonder (?)
