Looking for a BTS mod

Hi! I'm looking for a mod that has the most concepts from the Civ 4 Comunity. I try WoC, NWA, Dale Combat Mod, Total War and many other but noone has all the comcepts or almost all.

Try Rise of Mankind. There're alot of new features, and it can be quite complicated at times, but it's hella fun. What exactly do you mean by concepts?

You won't find any mods with WoC 'concepts' except WoC, because they seem to be a tight-knit mod group with little interest in sharing anything. I'm not sure what NWA is either.

WolfRevolution and TheConglomerate both have Dale's Combat Mod incorporated into it, as does CivFusion. You might also want to look into Rise of Mankind, that is the biggest mod of all the ones out there.

Whoa, let's not go OTT, here. The WoC is a huge mod, and if they tried to release components individually, they'd never have the time to get things done. If you want to pull something, it's easy if you have VB 2003 (which I believe is freeware, now), as you can search for the tag in the SDK and all modifications are clearly marked. The WoC philosophy, of course, is similar to that of the old CCCP, in that they aim to be the pinnacle of SDK mods, including every possible mod under the sun, all of which can be enabled or disabled. Obviously, this isn't to everyone's tastes, and they understand that (well, most of the time).

Don't bash them. They do a lot of hard work over there

All I know is the other day I asked if I could use their scrolling civics screen(a python file) and they gave me a very elaborate no.

I remember that, and recall that they were happy for anyone to use it, provided they pulled the relevant code snippets from the SDK themselves. They did go a bit wayward there, I agree, which led to my "well, most of the time" comment above.
