Looking for a mod

I just want to know if there's a mod out there that can change the flow of time and the research time for a tech to a much slower pace (Like in marathon) but everything else like the time it takes to build a building or improvment stays the same.

If there isn't a mod like that then is there a relitivly simple way to do that?

I've seen this requested a few times now, and its quite simple to do with a little XML knowledge. So I just whipped one up in about 5 minutes.

I did it as usually suggested. Quick speed has Normal speed's tech rate, Normal has Epic tech rate, Epic has Marathons, and Marathons (previously set to 300) is now at 500. Nothing else has been changed. You can easily adjust these values more, by just changing the tech rate values inside the one and only file in the mod.

edit; sorry didn't notice you wanted to change the flow of time as well.... that can be easily done by editing the same file that is included with the mini-mod.
