Looking for a scenario with small earth?

I just played the HUGE earth scenario. It took me three days, and got a bit hard to manage when the cities exceeded 90.
Mostly because the infernal computer has all the processor power needed to micromanage to achieve his elaborate strategies to attack me at all my weaknesses.

Is there any earth scenario that is smaller?
I would like it if there are accurate starting points too, and no new mechanics added (unless they're good).
