Looking for a type of mod.

I was looking for a mod that goes from civ4 (BTS) > SMAC era is there any out there like this? I played Next war mod but it was very limited with only a few added techs, I'm looking more toward Hover tanks planet busters and Orbital Stations etc.

Can anyone help?

There is the Planetfall mod. It's a looong way from completion (from what I can tell, not actually being able to test it at the moment), but it's a darn good start.

if you don't care about the graphics, Civ Call to power.

Is it free? I don't care about gfx as long as they are clear clean and not hard to use.

It's clear, you can buy it somewhere. The thing is that call to power IMO is closer to civ2 than to newer versions of civ.. and all those civilizations in there.. I just don't like the game but would like to see something like Ossian; hoover tanks & all that stuff which actually made playing CTP fun a couple of first times
