Looking for health/unhealth icons

I could use Civ4 icons if someone can point me to a hi res image (need to add to 256 atlas). Or something else entirely.

Please post a link or attachment if anyone has anything for me.

Edit: Or even a low resolution image may be useful (but higher than a screenshot of these: ).

EDIT: Moving the unhealthy guy's eyes up a bit made him look more sick rather than just sad.

I'm trying to look for the civ5 "glassy" icon template in the civ5 folder but I can't find it. I was going to try my hand into making a civ5-official-looking health icon. Anyone remember where it is?

They'd be with the png conversions you would have made with this tool from those indexed (scrambled) dds files.

Are you thinking of advisorblack128 or notificationiconsframe and notificationsiconsglass and/or notificationshinemask, maybe? There's a bunch of frames; the big ones are 256x256frame or citizenframe256...

No, those are just the frames, I'm talking about the actual glassy "sphere" inside. I remember there was a file like that somewhere in the civ5 folders which you didn't even have to convert, but I looked and I can't find it.
