Looking for help with FrontPage 2003

This is a duplicate of my post in the Off-topic thread. I'd have moved it here if I could have.

Are any of you familiar with FrontPage 2003? I'm looking for some help in making improvements on a web site.
I did not design the web site myself, but now have the role of making updates.
Specifically I'd like to change from having a theme and shared borders, to using CSS and DWT.

Please drop me an email or send a message if you'd be willing to give me some tips and advice on FrontPage.

That's not exactly the kind of advice I'm looking for. I don't really have a choice right now of what I use. It's FrontPage, or nothing.

Never mind. I'm going to keep things as they are on the web site, since it works, and when I try to make the changes I want, it doesn't work. (Probably because I don't know what I'm doing, but I haven't been able to figure it out.)

Do you know any HTML?

Take an HTML basics course.. or buy a book on it. It would greatly help!
