This is now my second GS game with this game breaking bug. I spent almost all my money on tanks, but since then I don't receive anymore money. It's stated that I should get around +270 per turn, but it won't add to my bank. Units are being disbanded now. Seriously broken for me. Someone else on the Steam Forum has the same problem.
Did an enemy spy succeed siphoning your funds in Fortaleza, where you have the Great Zimbabwe? Fortaleza is making 298.2 gold/turn (GPT) and you are losing 29 GPT, so it would make sense (the interface tells that you're making 269.1 GPT, but it doesn't change if an enemy spy is taking your money). If you don't mind a little exploit, just sell Matthias 1 oil for 100 gold a couple of times and the spy's effect will wear off.
I have encountered this same problem a few times. No siphon funds notifications. Just losing money when gold per turn is positive. Usually happens late game. Anyone else run into this? Especially frustrating in a domination game.
