Since the last (Winter) update I can no longer "discuss" not converting my cities with AIs who have just converted a city. In addition to the update I bought and installed the Polish and Viking DLC. I have verified the cache and re-installed the game and still no luck. The AIs still ask me to promise not to convert their cities. This happens whether I have religious victory turned on or off for a specific game and for any civs I have played since the update. I have Windows 10, i5 6600K, and GTX 950.
