Lost password in MP-Game

I started a Multiplayer game with a friend.
We have played 5 hours and made a break.
After we restarted the Game, but the password of my friend doesnt work.
He is sure that he types the right password, but the game says that this password is wrong.

We want to continue the playing of this great game, so we hope that you can fix as soon as you can our problem.

have you scrambeled hosting order yet? mayb that helps. If you hosted the first game make him host and try if you can join. Well this is no solution but in case he really types the corrept pw it could do the trick, idk. Give it a try.

btw.. how do you create a passworded mp game? i didn´t find the option where the host can specify the pw.

Having similar problem...

Can load older games of the same series, passwords have not changed, poor progamming remains.

Firaxis, 2K, Take2 can't program for SH*T. All they can do is pick their AS!.

Stargrove's way doesnt work, the game says corrupt file.
my way sould work, if you originally didnt enter a password but after you loaded the game asked for one, go to- http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=151721
if you entered any password else than none, send your save file to Daniel_Yahi@yahoo.com (its an underline, not a space) and most likely ill be able to fix your problem.(havent tested it yet)
