I have not played Civ4 in a long time and now I want to get back to it, especially since there are now many mods out there.
I actually enjoyed the many units of Civ3. Yes, I know about the Lost Unit mod, but my question is: Is there a mod out there, that adds cruise missiles and nuclear subs? I thought that was really cool. With the ability to carry those missiles, the subs were a great thing to have.
I still wonder why they took that out.
Any recommendations which mods are absolutely a must-have?
