When you play in teams (using multiplayer LAN for example) it appears to me that loyalty pressure from city of the same team is 0 (no effect).
I would like it to be positive, like if those cities were mine or partially (ideally with some factor like 0.5 compared to owned cities) because right now that makes team fight really lame : you cant own a city near a teammate if you dont have enough nearby city yourself because pressure will only come from other teams.
I dont want to get rid of pressure (I know I can set LOYALTY_PER_TURN_FROM_NEARBY_CITIZEN_PRESSURE_MAX_LOYALTY to 0 or to lower than 20) because it is a cool feature imho. I just want teammates to affect loyalty pressure.
I tried playing with LOYALTY_PER_TURN_FROM_NEARBY_CITIZEN_PRESSURE_NEUTRAL_LOYALTY but didnt really get what it does and so far couldn't figure out a way to achieve even anything close to what I am describing as goal.
