LUA and modbuddy

I'm not quite sure how to make modbuddy recognise a lua script. Naturally, the script is in (it's the AssignStartingPlots.lua) with some new resources on it (from Horem).

Do I need to add it in via the "custom" tab, or is the fact that I have ticked the "reload landmark system" and "reload strategic view system" enough?
 
Thanks for the speedy response! I've now finished my updates in modbuddy (which I was starting when I placed this thread), so I'll do as you suggest and see what happens!
