There should be repository for all lucky Spain starts. I love playing as them, but I usually re-roll to get a natural wonder near me. This will save some time.

I'm curious, does saving the map in game and then changing settings (difficulty level or whatever) garauntee you the same starting position? Or could one of the other civs wind up with it?

No, you'll have to re-roll some times, but because of the starting location bias and because there aren't too many coastal starts, you'll get the same location some of the time, shouldn't take too long.
