Mac and flash player icons

I turned on my Mac at work today (after logging off last night) and there are over a dozen Flash Player icons on my desktop I didn't previously notice. Is this something that should worry me?

No real idea, my policy is to not install any Adobe products, they're all vulnerability cesspools.

Our goto techguy got me to just eject them. Apparently they released a major patch a couple days ago. A few of our computers had the same thing happen, many Flash Player icons on the desktop.
