Mac IP sniffers/Spoofers?

Any1 knw where to find one? perferibly for mac os X.

Etherpeek is rumored/told/believed to be (one of) the best sniffer for MacOS. There's also Netminder Ethernet.
On the other hand, I have no clue for spoofer. I'm not a hacker
