Mac Saved Game Location

Does anyone know where the macOS version stores saved game files? I've tried searching for a specifically named file that I created, but it doesn't show up.

Does anyone know where the macOS version stores saved game files? I've tried searching for a specifically named file that I created, but it doesn't show up.

It might vary, as on Windows, game files are stored in the Steam folder, logs, settings etc are stored in AppData and saves are stored in the documents folder. But I have no concrete information beyond that.

Saves are stored here:

~/Library/Application Support/Civilization VII/Saves

Where ~ is your user home directory. If you have the Library hidden you will need to unhide it to reach this folder.

Thanks! I was searching, and I thought that I'd set it up to search within the hidden folders, but I just wasn't getting it. This worked for me.
