Major UI bug pls help!

I installed and attempted to use the economy mod and it removed my unit orders and blacked out my top panel. I've removed and reinstalled the program a few times and i still can't get my top panel to work - i found the .xml and .lua files in my assets folder but i dont know what to do with them to fix it.

Please help me
