I am planning on making 6 civs based on Bionicle's Metru Nui (the 2004 Bionicle line). I spent some time planning what their Uniques would be and here they are. The ones that note for future updates means I'm not currently sure how I will implement that into the game yet. I don't really want to use/have to learn LUA and it seems some of those future updates may require it. Anyways, if you have critiques about too OP/UP, please say so as I have not reached the golden 1000 hours. Anyways, here they are:
Ta Metru
Leader: Vakama
UA: The Mask Makers: Mines Provide +1 Production. Trade Routes Provide +1 Gold and +1 Production [Future Update 10% global production bonus]
UB: The Great Furnace - Replaces Ironworks - +20% production to military units, +10 production, engineer specialist slot, provides 2 iron
UU: Nuurakh - Replaces Calvary - Flanking Bonus is 15%, Receive defensive terrain bonus, Chance to convert enemy units upon attack
Ga Metru

UA: Educational Spirit- Each 2 citizens provide +1 science, Workboats provide 1 faith
UB: Great Temple - Replaces Grand Temple - +7 faith & +3 faith for every ocean/coastal tile
UB: Schools of Ga Metru - replaces university - +35% science, +2 science from coastal tiles

UA: Master Carvers: Each city with 3+ population provides one great artist point
UB: Field of Construction: Replaces Workshop - +1 production and +1 culture, +10% production, +2 production from Trading Posts (Assemblers Villages)
UB: Sculpture Fields: Garden Replacement - +25% Great Person Generation, Provide 1 slot for Work of Art, Artist specialist slot
Onu Metru

UA: Look to the Past - See Hidden Antiquity sites when unlocking Archeology. Artifacts yield +1 tourism. [Future Addition: When DoF with another civ, Onu Metru will receive a tourism boost with that civ, and the civ will receive +5% boost in science]
UB: The Great Archives - Replaces University - Mountains yield +3 science. Mines yield +1 science. +33% science. Contains 2 artifact slots.
UU: Archivist - Replaces Archeologist - Half Production cost, constructs archeological digs twice as fast, [Future addition - has 50% chance of yielding 2 artifacts]

UA: Predict the Future: scientist specialists produce +2 Food and +2 science, +1 Food from snow tiles [Future Update once I figure out how to do this in LUA / be as good as JFD - add gain +10% science when researching technology that no one else has discovered]
UB: Knowledge Tower: Replaces Library: +50% Science, Snow tiles provide +1 Food, trade routes with other cities provide +3 food and give +4 science
UB: Tower of Thought: - Replaces Observatory - +50% Science, snow/tundra tiles provide 2 science
